From a new Managed Macs managed services customer:

"Actually, I'm enjoying this. There's been a lot of pent up hostility around the offices until now. Nobody has been willing to admit it, but it truly sucks if the guy who signs the paychecks == the sys admin. basically engineers are placed in this unnatural state of not being able to perform their god given right to bitch about IT. The last few days have been cathartic. I left the offices blaming you guys for the network outage. From there, you were blamed for global warming and the injustices of Paris Hilton being in jail without her prozac. What's scary is that there were some people who debated the global warming impact of Internet Cafe's, but everyone agreed Ian was totally to blame about Paris (go figure). Next week I'm planning to submit a multi-page trouble report on your web site detailing how you guys should fix Office 2004 as part of managed macs. I'm trying to free up Tuesday and Wednesday to collect my thoughts before setting them down on paper (in LaTeX or Pages of course).

From where I sit, you guys are money well spent just for the therapeutic value. I'm still WAY ahead......."
