Get More Out of Your Warranty
Warranties are great. Both Apple's standard one-year and AppleCare extended warranties cover expensive parts and labor costs, should your new Mac break. But getting your Mac fixed can be a time-consuming hassle - bringing it to the repair shop, waiting for it to be repaired, then picking it up again. If you're a professional that uses your Mac for work, you can't afford to be without it for very long. You need options for free phone diagnosis, pickup and delivery, and "first in the queue" priority service. That's what our Priority SLA does.
Our Priority Service Level Agreement includes the following services:
-
Phone Diagnosis and "Pre-Ordering" of Parts
Based on a over-the phone diagnosis, we'll pre-order parts for your repair, so that your computer will get fixed as quickly as possible. -
Complementary Pickup and Delivery
Within the Metro Boston area, we'll even pickup your computer, then deliver it back to you once repair is complete. -
In-house Priority Service
We'll bump you to the front of the line at no additional charge. While parts availability can affect the speed of repairs, that usually means repairs will be complete within a few business days.
Our Priority Service Level Agreement supplements Apple's warranties with additional services that help you get the most out of your new equipment. If anything goes wrong with your hardware, we’ll provide free phone support to diagnose it, pick it up in the Metro Boston area, and speed it through repair as quickly as possible. Let us worry about your computer and getting you back up-and-running as quickly as possible.
A must-have for serious Mac users or creative professionals, a PSLA can be added to any under-warranty Mac for just $99/year. Contact our Sales team at 617-267-9716 x1, or email sales@techsuperpowers.com to find out more.
